 ABOUT BAJRA KACHORI OR BAJRA PATTIES RECIPE

Bajra kachori is very tasty and healthy. It is filled with green chutney potato.


Ingredients                                                                                  Serving: 4


For dough

2cup bajra flour

Salt as per taste

Water as per need

For stuffing

4boil potato

1spoon chat masala

2spoon dry green chutney

Salt as per taste

For dry green chutney

1spoon cumin

1spoon fennel seeds

1small piece of ginger

Chopped coriander leaves.

1green chilly

1/2spoon dry pomegranate seeds

Salt as per taste

Oil for frying

Instructions

Take a bowl add bajra flour, salt and mix well add water little by little and knead a smooth dough cover with a cloth and keep aside for 10mintues.

Take a mixer jar add all dry chutney ingredients and blend chutney is ready.

Take a bowl add boil potato, salt, dry chutney, chat masala and mix well

Make small size balls from potato mixture.

Knead the dough again and make medium size balls.

Roll the flour balls with hands stuff potato balls and make kachori with hands. Press edges with hands

All the kachori is ready.

Fry them at low flame in the oil till golden brown.

Kachori is ready. Serve with green chutney and ketchup.
